To become the common network facilities provider by enhancing cooperation among telecommunication providers while concurrently increasing the quality and level of service and encouraging the mass deployment of affordable and open broadband communications and multimedia services to the customers.

MISSION
To plan, implement and control an intelligent development of communication infrastructures which will benefit the State of Selangor, network operators, service providers and the customers.

STRATEGIES
KJS will plan, build and manage a common communication infrastructure to encourage the mass deployment of affordable and open broadband multimedia services to residential and business users through the application of common ducts, dark fibres, radio towers and co-location facilities.

KJS will also ensure that the network is compatible with the environment in which it operates, both visually and physically.

Being the telecommunications coordinator, KJS will provide infrastructure planning services as well as regulatory services to the local councils and other state authorities.
